Click the download link and a Windows download menu appears with two choices...

 (1) Open the file... if the Abode Reader is installed, you can choose to open the eBook automatically. Be sure to save the eBook file before you close the reader.

(2) Save eBook files... you should have a designated folder to keep the eBook files so that you can return and read the book at any time. You can keep the download file name or give you own names as you save the file.

I f you have  difficulty with the first download, you can return to your account, locate the documents you want to download and try again (3 tries are permitted over  92 hours).

Security Settings on your computer: In response to the virus warnings, Internet users have been advised to change their browser security settings to High. This setting may prevent you from downloading any files. To find out how to make Persona a trusted Web site using users of Internet Explorer should refer to their browser’s Help documentation. Or you can temporarily reduce your browser security to Medium, download the eBook files and then reset your browser's security to High. For other browsers, please see your Help documentation for changing security settings. Firewalls may also block downloads.

If you have not used eBooks before, we recommend that you download and try an eBook reader, sample free eBooks and, if you like using eBooks, then order more. There are many advantages to eBooks that you might appreciate.
