questions or may deal comprehensively with a specified subject. We do scientific and
medical literature searches, topic research and case studies for businesses, insurance
claims and medical- legal purposes. We do not provide medical diagnosis nor treatment. This is an online service and
we expect to send receive correspondence as email.
We regularly receive requests for advice on managing an illness. Many of
these requests can be answered by a more careful reading of texts online, reading our
publications, or by signing up for email support. If you are interested in solving a health

people want medical advice on the phone. We understand the desire
for voice contact and would often like to chat on the phone with
friendly people who have questions to ask and problems to solve.
Again, we understand the need, but have decided not to provide this
