Environmed Research  Company Information

Though Alpha Nutrition Online, Environmed Research Inc. generously makes  information available online as a public service. We have in mind people who independently seek responsible information and are accustomed to making their own decisions. One of our businesses is to publish books that provide information about common diseases and suggest strategies for self-directed care. We offer limited email support but  do not offer medical services,  do not makes diagnosis and do not prescribe treatment. We provide educational services that should not be confused with medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations.

It is our belief that if you are well informed, well motivated, and are an honest, responsible person, you can make decisions about your own management and benefit from our educational services. However, you are responsible for your own health care decisions. 

We regularly receive requests for advice on managing an illness. Many of these requests can be answered by a more careful reading of texts online, reading our publications, or by signing up for email support. If you are interested in solving a health problem using nutritional therapy, consider ordering and reading the Alpha Nutrition Program Manual. Or you can start by ordering one of the Alpha Nutrition Starter Packs that addresses your needs. 

If you want to know more about a disease, its causes and treatments you can order a literature search or request a quotation of a custom report that would serve your needs more precisely. 

This is an Internet Online Service and we expect email correspondence. Direct Interaction with Alpha Nutrition is limited to Internet Online Ordering, email with the option of faxing orders to the online store.

We can help you make better informed decisions about your own self-management by providing reliable and scientifically based information. Appropriate fees are charged for all information services. Free information is limited to texts posted online. 

We can do scientific and medical literature searches, topic research and case studies for businesses, insurance claims and legal purposes.  Appropriate fees are charged for these services.

We do provide online  information about diseases, their diagnosis and treatment as an educational service. All texts are copyright and should not be copied or reproduced without our permission.

We do provide information about our nutritional products and their use, but cannot make recommendation about their suitability for use in specific cases. Professional supervision is advised.

No - What we cannot do

We do not offer medical diagnostic and treatment services.

We only provide educational services and nutritional products that can be used as tools to aid your self-management. 

We do not discuss your health needs on the phone or in person.

Our publications, courses and reports do not replace the services of qualified physicians and are not diagnostic services. If you do not understand or have any doubt about the information we provide, you must seek and follow professional advice. 

The bottom line is that you are responsible for deciding what you are going to do and if you have any doubts, you must follow the advice of your own physician.  We can supply your physician with information, publications and can answer general questions from your physician.

 Email support: Tutors provide support and answer questions by email correspondences only. The purpose of tutoring is to draw your attention to concepts and instructions in the Alpha Nutrition Program, not to provide medical advice. Course tutors offer support and advice  is offered in a friendly manner. You remain responsible to making the decisions about your own health. Parents are responsible for decision they make about the management of their children.

Our manuals,  eBooks and Email support are designed for self-management and  require you to be self-reliant. The bottom line is that you are responsible for deciding what you are going to do and if you have any doubts, you must seek and follow the advice of your own physician and the professional advisors he or she recommends.

We cannot provide you with medical diagnostic and treatment advice over the phone, by fax, mail,  nor by e-mail.  We can supply your own physician with information, but not always as a free service. We do scientific and medical literature searches, topic research and case studies for businesses, insurance claims and legal purposes. Appropriate fees are charged for these services.

Privacy and Security

We subscribe to the American  Better Business Bureau (BBB)  privacy policy to protect personal information you provide online. It is BBB policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information. Any information you provide in email correspondence with a tutor is private and confidential. This information is never released to a third party.

No Release of Information to Third Parties

No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information: Our computer is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors. It does recognize the home server of visitors, but not e-mail addresses. For example, we can tell which Internet Service Provider our visitors use, but not the names, addresses or other information about our visitors that would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our sites. Online Store Orders are transacted securely and order information is not stored online where it may be accessed by hackers.

The instructions, information and advice in the Alpha Nutrition Program  Manual and related texts are intended to help you seek better health and solve health problems. The instructions are educational only and are based on the premise that better-informed people can make valid choices about their life-style, health consequences and seek self-directed change in illness patterns.

There is no warranty or guarantee expressed, implied in the Alpha Nutrition Manual or attached to products and services related to the program. You are responsible for the outcome of your current habits and are likely to suffer if your food choices and eating behavior are not correct for the biological design of your body.
