Sorry to say, the cost of shipping formulas plus importation costs are often excessive and deter many of our potential international customers Several factors limit our ability to ship long-distances: 

1. The cost of airmail shipping is high and is increasing.
2. Many countries impose importation duties and taxes and delay delivery of our shipments as they pass through custom’s inspections.
3. For small shipments the cost of shipping is often higher than the cost of goods.
4. Overseas customers, sad to say, sometimes order with fraudulent identities and credit card numbers.

Our solution for publications is to send eBooks instead of printed publications. The cost of the eBook is less than printed publications and there is no shipping  and no importation cost.

 For example, the cost of sending a printed version of the Alpha Nutrition Program Manual to Australia is

$42.00 plus $44.50 shipping. Total cost $86.50 CAD plus importation charges. Delivery time about 2 weeks.

 We charge $24.00 for the eBook version which is sent  immediately at no additional cost.

 In general terms, small sales are not feasible and the costs of long-distance phoning or faxing are not covered in the modest markups on the Alpha Nutrition Formulas. We do not accept returns or give any refunds on international orders. Our instant rebates only apply to orders shipped to Canada and the USA.

You can use our online order service to submit your order. We will determine the shipping cost and reply by email. Instant rebates will not apply.  If you agree with the revised order and the shipping cost and can arrange payment, we will proceed with shipping.

We accept money orders payable in Canadian or US funds for mail order and direct bank transfers. We have experienced significant loses from fraudulent use of stolen or forged credit card numbers. To protect us,  you must use a valid VISA or MasterCard issued in your own name; the shipping address must the same as the billing address for your card.  You will be asked to supply the name and phone number of the Bank that issues your card and may be asked for additional information to confirm your identify and to validate your credit card.

There are some other considerations: customs regulations vary from country to country and you may face importation duties and brokerage fees. In some countries, importation charges are excessive and act as an effective trade barrier.
