All Alpha Nutrition Products and services are ordered online. We ship via Canada Post to all destinations in Canada including the Yukon and NW Territories. We are located on the Pacific Coast. Alpha Nutrition originated in Vancouver and Alpha Online is now located in Sechelt, British Columbia. Online prices are lower than retail list prices Alpha Online product descriptions show the list price and the discounted online price. In addition, quantity discounts are available on most nutrient formulas.The discounts are calculated automatically when you add eligible items to the shopping basket. Volume Rebates When you order online, discounts starting at 10 % are offered on volume orders of most formulas. * If you are a regular ENF and or PMX formula user, special pricing is available for 6 and 12 packs. If you have ordered of ENF and PMX in the past please login and order 6 or 12 jars of formula to receive the larger discounts. To order an item, just click to add the item to your shopping cart. To order more than one item, change the number in the small check box before you click add. You are completely in charge of the order you are creating. You can add to or change the contents of you shopping cart at any time prior to checkout. You can save an unfinished order and return later to complete it. To complete an order, you save it and then proceed to enter payment information. You can enter credit card information that we process manually or use Pay Pal which provides a secure instant payment option and accepts credit cards in the usual manner. The order is complete and shipped after payment has been received. To change payment option after an order is finished... Once a payment option has been selected, the order is considered finished and cannot be changed. If you select Pay Pal for example as the payment gateway but change your mind after you have entered Pay Pals secure pages, you will have to return to the store and re-enter the order, selecting the credit card option the second time. You can add a comment to the second order telling us to ignore the first order. The top right header has three links to your account information, your shopping cart and the checkout button to complete your order. You can add email support as an option ( see technical support scroll window on the right) when you order starter packs and books. Start a new Alpha Online Account by adding a new Password. Your User ID is your email address. Please only use your own email address and be sure it is correct. Be sure to check your email to receive transaction updates from us. Remember your password so that you can return to check your order status and place future orders. You will be eligible for special discounts if you place orders regularly. If you forget your password, just go to Account and click on "forgot your password?" Your password will be sent to you by email. Payment You can use Visa, MasterCard or AMEX credit cards for payment If you select the credit card option your order will be authorized manually. Pay Pal f you choose PayPal, you are taken to a secure payment page to complete your order and payment is made immediately. You can use credit cards for payment in Pay Pal in the usual manner. XPress Post = Quickest delivery: The delivery time to major cities in Canada is 3-5 business days. We do recommend this delivery option to customers who want quick delivery or those who depend on nutrient formulas and may run short if delivery takes 10 days or longer. This is the most reliable shipping method; online tracking and insurance are included in the service. This method is recommended for all formula orders of 6 jars or more. Expedited Mail = slower delivery at
lower cost: Delivery time is 7-14 days to major cities in Canada. Occasional delivery delays
( longer than 14 days) have occurred to rural addresses. We
do not recommend this delivery option to customers who depend on nutrient
formulas and may run short if delivery takes 10 days or longer. Please be sure to choose the correct shipping
option on the order page. The calculated shipping costs are shown for each
shipping option. Have not received your shipment? Occasionally, shipments are delayed but never lost. Expedited mail is slower and less reliable. Delivery within 2 weeks is not guaranteed. All reports of non-delivery have due to delivery problems at the customer's address -- if the post office cannot deliver the parcel to you at the address you provide on your order, they will leave an attempted delivery notice and you have to go to the local postal outlet to retrieve the package. Please check with your local postal outlet if you have not received your order within 7 business days for Priority Mail and 14 days for Expedited Mail. (weekends and holidays don't count). Please notify us by email if you cannot locate your parcel at the local postal outlet. Our products and services are high quality and designed for thoughtful and considerate people. Returns are costly both to you and to Alpha Nutrition Online and our goal is to avoid returns. If you are a new user and you are not sure about using the Alpha Nutrient formulas, be sure to read the product information carefully. We recommend ordering a 500 Gram jar of the formula or a Starter Pack (which includes a 500 Gram jar) so that you have complete information about formula use and smaller amount of the formula to evaluate before you order a larger quantity. In special cases, we do accept returns of unopened, undamaged formula jars within 30 days of shipment. We will refund the cost of the formula less 18% restocking charges but not the shipping costs. Starter packs are sold at a discount and are not refundable Email support fees are not refunded and will be applicable for 6 months, if email support is not used immediately. Printed texts are refundable only if returned unopened in original shrink-wrap. eBooks are not refundable. There are no refunds on deliveries outside Canada and the USA..
