Our
refund terms and conditions are stated on all order information pages and were
repeated in the email order confirmation you received.
When you ordered you
agreed to the following conditions:
Refunds: We do
accept returns of unopened, undamaged formula jars within 30 days of shipment.
You must contact us by email and provide a valid reason for returning the formula.
Please include the order number, your name and shipping address.
We will reply with a return label you can paste or tape to the return shipment.
We will refund the
cost of the formula less 18% to cover some of the expenses we incur when
shipments are returned.
We do
not refund the shipping costs we paid sending the formula to you.
You are responsible for return shipping charges and you should insure the
returned package to protect your investment.
A refund will only be
issued when we receive the returned merchandise, in good condition ready for
resale.
Please return package
by US airmail or priority post.

“Return to Sender, No Value added in the
USA”
You can leave
the original shipment documents on the package.
You will need to compete a simple customs form for re-entry into Canada
Very Important : Show
$0.00 as the value on the customs form
and repeat the declaration Return to Sender, No Value Added in the
USA.
If you declare a
US value on the customs
form, we will be charged
Canada
Customs duty and taxes.
These charges
will be deducted from your refund.
