Formula Return from Canada: Instructions

Refunds: We do accept returns of unopened, undamaged formula jars within 30 days of shipment. 
You must provide a valid reason for returning the formula. We will refund the cost of the formula less 18% to recover some of the expenses we incur when shipments are returned. We do not refund the shipping costs we paid sending the formula to you. 

You are responsible for return shipping charges and you should insure the returned package to protect your investment.

A refund will only be issued when we receive the returned merchandise, in good condition ready for resale.

You can leave the original shipment documents on the package.
