The Alpha Nutrition Program is modular and versatile. The program can be adapted to a variety of disease conditions where diet and nutrition play a role. The program can be compared to a central operating system with a number of different interfaces. The steps involved in the Alpha Nutrition Program are detailed in the main program manual. Books of specific health problems are added to Alpha Nutrition Program to expand the instructions for dealing with specific health problems. Each book describes the essential features of the health problems addressed and explains the Alpha Nutrition approach to solving the problem.
