How to Use the Online Shopping Cart

You can order any combination of products in any quantity. Select the product category form the list on the left of the catalogues pages. You can choose  printed books, ebooks, nutrient formulas, starter packs, and register fro email support. Please click on each product item  to see the complete product description. You can enter any quantity by changing the number in the checkbox,  select the options and rebates that apply to your order. Click the button "Add to Basket" and proceed to your next item.  The items you select are added to your shopping basket. To review or change the items you have added to your shopping basket,  click "Basket Contents" on the top left menu bar.  When you have selected all the items you want, click Checkout on the top right menu bar. You will enter the secure section of the store to complete your shipping address and billing information.  Here is an example. Alpha ENF is found in the formula list. Alpha ENF Unflav 1000 Gm Code: ENFU1000 Price: $44.30 Quantity in Basket: none If you click on Alpha ENF Unflav 1000 Gm, a product description page opens. You can select how many jars you want. If you order 2 or more you can check the rebate box and receive the quantity discount when you order is processed. If you buy just one jar of the formula, you are not eligible for the rebate. Click Add to Basket button and proceed to your next item. You will notice at the bottom of the product page are items related to the product you selected.

What payment methods can I use to purchase merchandise? We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Your credit card will only be charged when we are ready to ship your order. All of our prices are listed in Canadian dollars. US prices are  lower than Canadian Prices, depending on the daily exchange rate. If you pay by credit card, we charge your credit card account in Canadian $ You get the exchange rate allowed by your credit card company.

How do I obtain special offer rebates? When you order, click on the product name to review a complete product description. You will see check boxes for instant rebates available. Be sure click on the rebate that applies to you and the rate will be deducted from the cost of the order. Many rebates require you to order 2 of more jars of formula. Please do not click on the quantity rebate option if you are only ordering one jar of formula. If other rebates or discounts are available to you, these will be applied at the time of order processing.   Will I be charged duties or taxes? Orders shipped to destinations in Canada and the United States are not subject to international duties and/or taxes. In Canada, GST is not payable on nutrient formulas and we pay GST payable on other orders.  No international duties and/or taxes are collected by Alpha Nutrition Online; all applicable international duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Shipping  We ship to all states and major territories and possessions of the United States  and to all destinations in  Canada. A $4 handling fee is charged on each order plus shipping costs, calculated by item size, weight and destination. The small handling fee partially covers several costs to processing an order including charge card and bank fees, email correspondence with customers and after-service. We do not increase our product prices to cover these costs. You have two shipping options 1. Quickest delivery  via XPress Post in Canada and Priority Post in the USA. The delivery time to major cities in the USA and Canada is 3-5  business days. We do recommend this delivery option to customers who want quick delivery or those who depend on nutrient formulas and may run short if delivery takes 10 days or longer. This is the most reliable shipping method; online tracking and insurance are included in the service. This method is recommended for all formula orders of 6 jars or more. 2. Slower delivery at lower cost via Expedited Mail. Delivery time is 7-14 days to major cities. Occasional delivery delays ( longer than 14 days)  have occurred to rural addresses in the USA. We do not recommend this delivery option to customers who depend on nutrient formulas and may run short if delivery takes 10 days or longer. Please be sure to choose the correct shipping option on the order page. The calculated shipping costs are shown for each shipping option. US customers, please be sure to choose one of the two USA shipping methods. Your order should not show a Canadian shipping charge. Please do not choose expedited mail for shipments for 6 packs or case lots (12 kg). These valuable shipments must go by Priority Post Prior to checkout, you are shown your shipping and handling costs for all of the items in your cart. You should not have to pay extra charges on delivery.  The Post Office, will deliver the package. Overall, XPress and Priority Mail performance is excellent; however, occasionally, shipments are delayed but never lost. Expedited mail is slower and delivery within 2 weeks is not guaranteed. All reports of non-delivery  have been occurred at the customer's address -- if the post office cannot deliver to you at the address you provide on your order, they will leave a notice and you have to go to the local postal outlet to retrieve the package. Please check with your local postal outlet if you have not received your order within 7 business days for XPress Post/Priority Mail and 14 days for Expedited Mail.  (weekends and holidays don't count). Please notify us by email if you cannot locate your parcel at the local postal outlet. Please not that orders received on the weekend, after 1 PM Friday, are shipped the following Monday. Shipping Rebates in B.C. Shipping costs are lower for in-province delivery. Your shipping cost will be reduced by 30%  if your shipping address is in British Columbia, Canada. Free delivery on orders over $150.00 for local deliveries on the Sunshine Coast, North Shore, Vancouver Island, Vancouver, and the lower mainland. The invoice you receive by email will show the full shipping cost. All shipping rebates will be deducted from your order cost before the order is billed and shipped. What about refunds? Our products and services are high quality and designed for thoughtful and considerate people.  Returns are costly both to you and to Alpha Nutrition Online and our goal is to avoid returns. If you are a new user and you are not sure about using the Alpha Nutrient formulas, be sure to read the product information carefully. We recommend ordering a  500 Gram jar of the formula or a Starter Pack (which includes a 500 Gram jar) so that you have complete information about formula use and smaller amount of the formula to evaluate before you order a larger quantity. Please be sure that you want the formulas you order so that you are unlikely to return any. In special cases, we do accept returns of unopened, undamaged formula jars within 30 days of shipment.  We will refund the cost of the formula less 15% restocking charges but not the shipping costs. Starter packs are sold at a discount and are not refundable  Email support fees are not refunded and will be applicable for 6 months, if email support is not used immediately. Printed texts are refundable only if returned unopened in original shrink-wrap .eBooks are not refundable. There are no refunds on deliveries outside Canada and the USA.
